A few new pages are up
And why it takes so much time
While baking bread is usually a two to three day business for me, writing content for a website seems to take longer than expected. We have a 15 month old little boy who just started walking a few weeks back and now he wants to run everywhere 🙂 Juggling that and choosing floors, kitchen white wares and other things for our new home leaves little time for the blog at the moment, but I’m doing what I can!
Oh and yes, I’m still baking at least twice a week, 2 loaves at a time. Right now I’m proofing a rye, spelt and wheat bread with walnuts and cranberries and another bread with just graham and two kinds of wheat, with sunflower seeds and cranberries. Going to put some sesame seeds on top before the final proofing in the fridge.
However, two new pages are up, one about how I started with sourdough and the other one is about which tools you might need to bake bread.
Next up will be how to make your starter and then how to make your first bread using the 3:2:1 formula!
